Overview and Prerequisites
The Who's In Report is a real-time snapshot of the List of Cardholders that are "in" a designated area (or that meet a specific criteria set by the user) when the report is queried.
PREREQUISITES AND NOTES

The user login account must have the correct permissions needed to view and print the report.

If there is no data to match the selected report criteria, the report will show "no data found".
TERMS
"Real-time snapshot" means the data is real-time at the moment in time the report is queried.
"View Status" is the selector that specifies whether the data is 'by area' or 'by cardholder'.
"Area" is a group of doors and readers that are configured to create a designated secure area in the system that can be tracked or monitored for activity.
RULES OF OPERATION

The user chooses which Status to view (i.e., by area or by cardholder) and sets any other criteria as appropriate.

LaunchPoint grabs a real-time snapshot of the Cardholders that meet the View Status and criteria.

The Who's In Report opens and displays the List of Cardholders in a new browser tab.

The Who's In Report (List of Cardholders) is static and does not receive updates unless the user refreshes (F5) the page.

The Who's In Page cannot be printed or exported - the List of Cardholders is only viewed online.
OPEN THE WHO'S IN REPORT
There are two ways to open the Who's In Report Page ...

Side Menu: select "Reports" menu icon and select the Who's In option.

Dashboard: select 'Reports' tile and select the Who's In option

Pulling Who's In Report by Area
The fields in the page change dynamically depending on what is selected in the User Status field.
There are 2 ways to pull the Who's In Report

by Area

by Cardholder
The available fields will change based on whether you choose "by Area" or "by Cardholder".
STEPS

Select the By Area radio button.

Choose a Loop/Cluster. (You must select a loop, you cant select more than one loop name)

Choose an Area (i.e. IN, OUT, NO AREA, or NO CHANGE, ...)

(optional) You can narrow your search criteria by "checking" the Only Show Since Date/Time checkbox and choosing a date.

Click the Search button to query the report - which opens the Who's In Report in a new tab.

To refresh/update the Who's In Report, user must press F5 keyboard key.
Pulling Who's In Report by Cardholder
The fields in the page change dynamically depending on what is selected in the User Status field and other criteria.
STEPS

Select the By Cardholder radio button.

(optional) you can check the Advanced checkbox to narrow your search results.

Choose an Data Field (i.e. Firs Name, Last Name, ...)

(optional) You can filter results by checking the Trace Cards checkbox. When checked, the data set will only include cards with trace enabled on the card/cardholder.

(optional) You can narrow your search criteria by "checking" the Only Show Since Date/Time checkbox and choosing a date.

Click the Search button to query the report - which opens in a new tab.
